Compensation and Benefits Management

Salaries at Başpınar Global Enerji are paid on a monthly basis. Employee salaries are determined by the Human Resources Department based on job evaluation levels and the experience required for the position. These salaries are reviewed at least once a year according to market research conducted by the Human Resources Department and adjusted in line with economic conditions.

Performance Evaluation

Every year, a performance evaluation is conducted to measure employee productivity, determine promotion and career planning, identify training needs, and support development through feedback in cases of rotation and organizational changes. Our Performance Management System aims to achieve business goals, highlight successful work outcomes, and embed high performance into our corporate culture. The annual performance evaluation process consists of three stages:

Goal Setting: Employees and their managers define individual goals in alignment with annual company objectives.

Mid-Year Review: The goals set at the beginning of the year are reviewed and reassessed.

Year-End Evaluation: Corporate and individual goal achievements are assessed. The results from the performance management system feed into career management, compensation management, and reward processes. During this period, employees receive feedback from their managers and set personal development plans aligned with their career goals.
